How it works.
Survey design
We work with you on the questionnaire: question wording, response scale choices, demographic breakdowns, and any organisation-specific topics that matter to you. This is where survey design experience pays off. What you ask, and how you ask it, shapes everything you can do in reporting later. Get the survey right upfront.
Even if you want to run the survey yourself, talk to us beforehand so we can help you get the design right.
Survey delivery
We run the survey using a professional, trusted third party survey platform. Your respondents will see a fully branded survey – your logo, your colours – but you won't be limited by their online reporting because of step 3.
Reporting in Lumero
When the survey closes, we import your results into Lumero and set up your reporting. Demographic analysis, cross-tabbing, heatmaps, trending if you have historical data, key driver analysis if your survey and respondent numbers support it. If you've chosen them, online logins for every people leader, or PDF reports with your preferred design. The full depth of Lumero's reporting, without any of the uncertainty or setup on your end.
